Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to receive my package?
A: Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–25 business days. So the total time is around 8–28 business days.
Q: Will my package be split into multiple shipments?
A: We’ve updated to a new logistics system. For orders under 2kg, your items will be shipped together in a single package.
Q: Will I be charged customs duties?
A: Orders shipped via standard or economy shipping will not incur customs duties.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A:Standard Shipping: 7–25 business days with full tracking (carriers:Packet, CNE, China Post, Yanwen). Free for orders over $20.
Express Shipping: 7–14 business days with full tracking (carriers: DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx).
Q: Do you support wholesale orders?
A: Yes, we support both wholesale and dropshipping. For more information, feel free to contact us via Instagram or email. We do not provide a full product list at this time.

A: Yes, we ship to over 200 countries around the world.

A: We accept the most popular credit and debit cards worldwide, as well as PayPal.

Q: How do I track my order?

1. You can view your tracking number in your order details on our website (Note: tracking number is best viewed on desktop). Then visit https://www.17track.net/en to track your shipment.
2. You will also receive tracking details via your registered email (e.g., payment success, delivery status, etc.). Just use the tracking number on the same site to monitor your package.
Q: I accidentally clicked “Confirm Delivery.” Will my package still arrive?
A: Don’t worry! This action won’t affect your delivery. Your package is still on the way, and you can continue tracking it using your tracking number.
Fulfillment
Delivery typically takes 8–27 business days, depending on the item and shipping method.
Please note: During high-volume periods, there may be delays in online tracking updates from the logistics provider. However, your package is still in transit. Based on our experience, it always arrives—thank you for your patience!
In some cases, if you purchase multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages.
